JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Virtual Production Integrated Producer with Virtual Production House Toronto, you are responsible for generating leads, and managing client accounts and productions across the lifecycle of the project from client on boarding to execution and delivery. You excel at turning leads and opportunities into long-lasting relationships and will set the tone for how the projects are managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and deliver first-class experiences. You will develop extensive knowledge of the Company’s products and services, and demonstrate in-depth understanding of industry trends and market availability. You are a skilled communicator, negotiator and presenter with excellent organizational skills and production know-how, and passionate about creating meaningful connections and industry relationships.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

  • Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by leveraging network connections, Company contacts and industry events.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, communicate, and represent the Company’s unique market offerings.
  • Designs, develops, and delivers sales strategies, bids, and pitches.
  • Managing client accounts and working with key creatives on the execution of the client’s vision and project goals.
  • Responsible for the distribution and communication of project requirements between departments, as well as day-to-day management of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency in project scope, role definition and performance expectations within individual capabilities and among project teams.
  • Partnering closely with the creative, production and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of Client projects and partnership initiatives.
  • Staying up to date with industry advancements, developing markets and service offerings.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Film, Television and/or Commercial Producer, with strong working knowledge and understanding of bidding, budgeting and resource allocation; understanding of VFX processes, bidding and budgeting.
  • An understanding of Virtual Production services and solutions, and a willingness to learn about the specific tools, technologies, benefits, limitations, processes and workflows unique to virtual production, including real-time rendering, LED volumes, camera tracking, et al.
  • Strong connections & relationships with film and commercial production producers, vendors and agencies in Toronto and Canada at large.
  • Experience in bidding, project budgeting and scheduling and project management.
  • Experience using common project management tools and software (ShotGrid, CRM/PM systems, MS Office, etc.).
